Dear Readers thanks for your continued support of my weekly recipe column in the Birmingham Sunday Mercury.
The readership of the paper stays strongly around 500,000 and I always appreciate any readers who take the time to write to the paper to comment on my recipes. Even though the paper is Birmingham based it has a wide geographical availability. As far north as Derbyshire, and south to parts of Gloucestershire.

Remember if you want to make sure you don't miss any of my recipes get the Mercury.

Hi Kevin, I've been away from blogworld for a while but not back and checking up on my ol' pals, so to speak. Looking through your receipes gets me salavating...in a good way! My Dad is up in Bham and reads the Sunday Mercury, so I'll ask him to keep your recipes for me...he is no chef and will not be converted, however, good ol' M&S meals for one I'm afraid.

I have neglected reading it for a while and I am sorry about it. I was reading your blog. It’s easier, you know? But I am also nostalgic about keeping a magazine into my hands. I have to return to my good habits of reading Sunday Mercury. That is a promise.
