BBC Good Food Show, NEC 2008
November 10th, 2008. BBC Haymarket the production company who produce the BBC Good Food Shows has invited me to perform cooking demonstrations Sunday November 30th.
If any of my UK readers are planning to attend the show which is at the NEC please come and say hello.
I will be performing at 3 different times, 10am at the British Food Theatre and at 3pm and then 4pm at the Magimix Theatre. I will be happy to chat with readers of the blog after the last show.

Virgin Trains
Several months ago Virgin Trains began publishing their own glossy monthly magazine called Hotline. In the November issue currently on the trains all month is an article written by me about the BBC Good Food Show.
Beaujolais
An age old French tradition will be celebrated throughout the wine drinking world on Thursday 20 November as restaurants will be toasting the arrival of this years Beaujolais wine.
Beaujolais Nouveau is a wine steeped in tradition. All the grapes in the Beaujolais region must be harvested by hand and the wine is produced just 6-8 weeks after this harvest, giving a light-weight, fruity red wine intended for immediate drinking. By French law Beaujolais can not be sold until the third Thursday in November and at one minute past midnight on this day, millions of bottles of Beaujolais make their way through a sleeping France for immediate shipment to the rest of the world.
